Shared family calendar
Everyone in the right place, at the right time (or almost 😉)
Between work meetings, dance classes, school outings, shared custody, and the “are you picking up the kids?”… family organization can quickly become a high-level sport.
With Shared's shared calendar, everyone is synchronized, informed, and zen. Even the "forgetful" parent 😅
👀 A 360° view of all your calendars
Connect your Apple, Google, Outlook or other calendars, and find all your events - professional, personal, family - in one unified calendar. You can import your external calendars into Shared or export your Shared calendar to your external calendar.
A quick glance is enough to know if you have a meeting, a dentist appointment, or... a karaoke night not to be missed 🎤
🚨 SOS Replacement Function
A last-minute unexpected event? 😅
Initiate a replacement request from the event by activating the SOS replacement function: the selected close contacts receive all the useful information and can volunteer to take over. Quick, simple, and reassuring.
🎨 A calendar that reflects you
Customize your schedule by choosing colors for your profile and for each of your family circles.
Highlight important moments by choosing a color for your event using the “Highlight” option and spot key events at a glance.
Adapt the display according to your preferences: day view, week view, or month view, with the possibility to display public holidays, school vacations, or religious holidays.
Because your organization deserves to be as clear as it is colorful ✨
Ultra-complete events
Create an event by entering:
• the name of the person in charge (yes, someone has to do it)
• the relevant participants (not the whole family if it's just for the dentist appointment 🦷)
• the address (to avoid the famous “where was it again?”)
• the date and time (avoid the “it was this morning?!” said in pajamas)
• notes, files, or even a photo (useful for blurry invitations or the teacher's note for the pool outing)
Once the event is created, everyone involved receives an invitation via Shared. If they accept it (and they will, we believe 💪), the event automatically adds to everyone's calendar.
In short, everything is planned so no one can pull the legendary “Oh? I didn’t know.” 😌
